By making an appointment with us or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Appointments:

All appointments require a deposit of $150, which is non-refundable.

Hair Extensions:

We do not offer a warranty on hair extensions if you have not purchased the products from our salon. If you are a returning customer and have not purchased products from us in your last 2 services with us, your warranty is also void.Liability:We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that arises from the use of our services or products.

Modifications to Price and Service:

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service

Liability:

While we always strive to provide excellent services and products, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may arise from the use of our services or products. We will do our best to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure that you have a positive experience with us.

Due to the nature of our work, it is possible for clothing to become damaged by chemicals or hair colour during your visit to the salon. While this occurrence is rare, Blush Rose Hair Extensions holds no liability for any such damages to clothing. By booking an appointment with Blush Rose Hair Extensions, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Refund Policy:

At Blush Rose Hair Extensions we are committed to providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise with our treatments or applications.

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Refunds will only be issued in the event that we are unable to perform a service to rectify the situation.

2. If a client encounters an issue with any treatment or application received at Blush Rose Hair Extensions , we will make every effort to offer a service to address and resolve the concern.

3. Clients are advised not to attempt to tamper or fix the issue themselves, as doing so may void their eligibility for a refund.
