REFUND POLICY
At Blush Rose Hair Extensions, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Salon Services
Due to the nature of professional hair extension services, refunds are not provided for change of mind.
If you experience any concerns with your installation, you must notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will assess the issue and offer a corrective service where appropriate.
Clients must not alter, remove, or tamper with extensions before contacting us, as this may void eligibility for corrective service.
Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.
Online Store Purchases (Retail)
We accept returns on unopened and unused hair extensions within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• Hair must remain sealed with ties intact
• Hair must not be removed from packaging
• Hair must not be brushed, washed, toned, or altered
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or tampered hair cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale purchases are final sale unless faulty. If a manufacturing fault is identified, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos.
